At Burfi & Co., we carefully prepare and package our sweets to help ensure they arrive fresh and in good condition.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared before shipment. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order preparation unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Because our products are food items, please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
